As we age, there are certain changes that occur in the skin. The skin thins out, becomes less elastic, and loses collagen, among other changes. Chemical peels and laser treatments can be used to rejuvenate the skin’s appearance. The depth of treatment determines the length of recovery, which can last from 2-10 days.
